Exactly one month ago when I was up in Ganiesville for my first face-to-face meeting for the doctoral program, I got a phone call and was offered the assistant principal position at one of the elementary schools. I gladly accepted! How exciting - a new doctoral student with a brand new job! I will try to keep track of the changes that occur in my life due to this transition, and hopefully help others as they embark on a journey as crazy as mine.
